All-In-One one-stop service platform, all are outsourced, from computer room maintenance (server, network, cloud service, supplier management and information consultant) to user computer management and help desk. It can be understood as "the outsourced IT department of the enterprise". It is also possible to outsource specific professional fields, such as information security maintenance and operation, cloud maintenance or backup maintenance and operation, etc.
- Tier 2 Outsourcing
The Freedom Systems will cooperate with the IT department of the enterprise in maintenance and operation, and will not directly work with the end-user. That is, in standard outsourcing, the scope excludes the user computer problems and help desk.
Does not provide maintenance or execution, only subscribes to "consulting" services. Information consultants provide planning suggestions and solutions based on business objective and budgetary conditions, and hand them over to the enterprise or its existing partners for implementation.
Customized quotation will be provided according to the scale of the environment, the number of users, the complexity of requirements, and the required product specifications. The service consultant will conduct interviews to understand the requirements, and implement site survey with the pre-sales consultant before providing the quotation together with the information architecture proposal. For payment, a fixed fee will be charged from the enterprise in the form of monthly subscription or annual subscription, and the fee will be paid according to the agreed time when obtaining the IT resources required for the operation of the enterprise.

Enterprises are ensured to obtain the full functional application of the hardware during the subscription period, without worrying about the financial and operational interruption costs caused by encountering “machine kings”.
The commercial advantage of MSP is not to sell original products, but to provide valuable professional services. Since the cost of maintenance and operation in the later stage is paid by the Freedom Systems, we will not sell products that are not easy to use or that are higher than the demand for customers, and actively expand cooperation with original providers. We will provide neutral and customized service based on the demand of the enterprise.
